In this project, we performed a complete sanitation and repair work in a community of owners in Fuengirola. The community had several problems, such as water leaks, obstructions in the drains and deteriorated common areas due to humidity. Our team was in charge of identifying all the affected areas and proposed a comprehensive solution to ensure the durability and safety of the facilities.
Work performed
- Repair of pipes and drains: Damaged pipes were replaced and unclogging was performed in several areas of the building.
- Roof waterproofing: We apply a state-of-the-art waterproofing system on the roof to prevent future leaks.
- Repair of humidities: We treat and eliminate humidities present in the walls and ceilings of the common areas.
- Painting and finishing: We finished with a painting job in stairs and corridors, achieving a clean and renewed finish.
Results
Thanks to our intervention, the sanitation and humidity problems were completely solved, improving the comfort and safety of the neighbors.
